Neatly laid out and with everything you might need from actual living chicks to tack to feed for all of the above and more. The store is easy to walk and well stocked with prices clearly displayed. I was not disturbed as I browsed and while I did not find what I was looking for, that's more me than them.

The Concord, NC store on Commercial Park Drive doesn’t deserve a star but I can’t write the review without adding at least one. We went to purchase dog food today and looked at the chicks in the stock tanks. One stock tank full of baby chicks and ducks had no water, there were wood shavings stuck to the bottom of the waterer that was completely dry. Those babies had been without water for quite some time. Another stock tank had a dead chick in the water that appeared to have been there a long time. The other chicks in the stock tank were drinking the water the dead chick was laying in. We brought this to the cashier, George’s attention and he showed no concern to get them water. He claimed they take care of the animals but the negligence I witnessed today was not anywhere close to good care. The conditions of those animals was pure neglect and inhumane. I will no longer shop this store.

I placed an online order for pick up and it got lost in transit. I stopped by the store for assistance and someone named Jennifer was very nice in helping me try to locate it. It was a mystery unfortunately. However someone named Mitchell contacted me via phone in another attempt to try to locate it for me. Turns out my order got delivered to another TS location instead of this location. They were very helpful and sincere during this ordeal. They never made me feel like a nuisance and was happy to help in any way that they could.
